Ave Maria

Amenities onboard the Ave Maria:

The Ave Maria was launched in 2011. This Italian boat was totally rebuilt in order to meet even the highest expectations. The boat was completely redesigned by a renowned architectural firm. Its shapes, colors and materials were chosen carefully  in order to create a warm, inviting and sophisticated atmosphere.

The Ave Maria sails from the mouth of the Po River, along the South Veneto region waterway up to the Adriatic Sea. It follows from the water the cycle lane going up the canals, turning itself in a moving hotel which accompanying step by step the tourists march. The design of the boat was specifically conceived do be adaptable to the landing place, passages, dams which constitute the value and the course distinctive features.

Our bikes

40 unisex bikes with 27 gears: each bicycle has an odometer, a handlebar bag and rear panniers. The bikes are stowed away on a compact, vertical rack with a secure locking mechanism and are available to passengers at all times. E-bikes and child seats are also available on request.

Cabins

The large, sunny cabins  have three large windows, comfortable modular beds, WiFi connection and en-suite facilities.

Each cabin has large windows, comfortable low beds and air conditioning. The three double superior cabins, with larger windows, are all on the upper deck. The size of these cabins are 11 square meters.  The size of the beds measure 2m x 80cm.  Each of these cabins can become triple cabins with a bunk bed. There are 10 double standard cabins on the lower deck. They are approximately the same size and can also become  triple cabins with one bunk bed in addition to the low beds. There are also 4 single cabins which can also be sold as double cabins with bunk beds of approximately 7.5 square meters. 

- 10 double standard cabins, 11 m² ca. (3 of which can be adapted into triple/quadruple cabins with bunk beds)

- 4 double superior cabins, 11 m² ca. (all of which can be adapted into triple/quadruple cabins with bunk beds)
- 2/4 single cabins, 7.5 m² ca. (each of these can be adapted with a bunk bed to become a double cabin)

Sundeck

This is a privileged place where you can enjoy an extraordinary experience basking in the reflections of the light and landscape in the water. While sailing or moored at the docks, the large upper deck is perfect for relaxing outdoors in the sun or in the shade. On summer evenings, the deck becomes a beautiful terrace restaurant with elegant wood furnishings, perfect for candlelight dinners. 

Main deck

The bright and spacious cabins have two large portholes (one is openable), comfortable modular beds, WiFi connection, a flat screen TV and en-suite facilities.
 
The charming and sunny  restaurant has large, picture windows. Here we serve an extensive breakfast buffet and dinners that tempt the palate with Italian regional cuisine; simple, yet refined cooking, using fresh, local produce delivered daily and accompanied by a selection of Italian Doc wines.

The salon is a place where you can relax at any time during the day. The barge has a variety of table games, books and tourist brochures, a 55” multimedia screen and WiFi connection.

There is also a complimentary coffee corner where passengers can serve themselves coffee, caffeinated tea and herbal teas free of charge.

THE SALON

Equipped with air conditioning, it measures 11 x 7.5 m and it is divided into two areas:

- restaurant (seating for 36/42 people)

- lounge-bar (seating for 20/24 people)
